Fame B20 China from the Pure series in Natural finish
The Fame Pure China 22" is a hand-hammered cymbal from Turkey, consisting of B20 bronze in Natural finish. The China cymbals from the Pure series is characterized by a multi-layered frequency mix with a dark basic character and a dry noise. Under high quality standards, the Fame Pure cy mbals are handmade and refined in renowned cymbal forges in Turkey. The raw and earthy sound is befitting jazz and funk drummers, but the Fame Pure series is additionally excellent for vintage drum sets. The cutting, deep tone is best recommended for retro drummers with its dryness and raw sound, as it blends smoothly into the mix. The slightly shorter sustain and clear response also make for great sound in the studio that is easy to handle.

B20 cymbal are the cymbal with the largest bronze content on the market. B20 is a mixture of metals, an alloy consisting of 80% copper and 20% tin. B20 drum cymbals are the supreme discipline of cymbal forging, a large part of the professional cymbal is made of this very alloy. The forging process begins with a heated piece of metal, which is brought into its typical shape by rolling, hammering and rolling, in addition, the top of the cymbal is usually punched in by machine. Now comes the most important part: in painstaking manual work, the cymbal is hammered, giving it an individual pattern and profile. Each piece is a small unicum!
