With classic appointments of the sixties and a chic color over color finish, the
FENDER '60s Tele SH Heavy Relic Aged Lake Placid Blue over Blue Flower
is a captivating sight. The Fender Custom Shop uses a body made of lightweight alder and a screwed neck made of AA-quality quarter sawn maple to construct this Tele. Its powerful 1963 C neck profile embodies the feeling of the early sixties and, thanks to back aging, offers a supple thumb rest in all positions of the 21-fret rosewood fingerboard. A Fender Custom Shop "Twisted" Tele Single Coil on the bridge for traditional Tele-Twang and hot sounds with vintage character are used for the sound transformation, while the neck mounted EVH Wolfgang Humbucker contributes powerful sounds with a warm middle note. But the '60s Tele also convinces visually with a lovingly designed Color over Color paint, whose Lake Placid Blue paint stylishly covers the Blue Flower finish. Last but not least, the FENDER '60s Tele SH Heavy Relic Aged Lake Placid Blue over Blue Flower comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and Fender Hardshell Case.
