Description

Tim Armstrong Deluxe as Factory Special Run

Together with his band Rancid, the American Tim Armstrong is one of the most famous punk guitarists of the recent past. Many Rancid songs are influenced by Armstrong's heavily modified Fender acoustics from the 70s, which served as the basis for this strictly limited Factory Special Run one. With a powerful sound, full stage suitability and extensive equipment, it delivers an absolutely convincing overall package at an unbelievably low price.

FENDER FSR Tim Armstrong Deluxe Satin Black

The Tim Armstrong Deluxe comes in a matte Schwarz finish that is accentuated by the Tortoise pickguard and the headstock inlay.

The Tim Armstrong Deluxe is equipped with the Fishman Neo-D soundhole pickup for stage use.

Mahogany for heat and pressure

As with Armstrong's Orignal, mahogany is used Fender FSR Tim Armstrong Deluxe exclusively for the construction of the body. While the floor and ribs are made of laminate and thus prevent feedback during stage use, the massive ceiling promises powerful dynamics and distinct warmth that brings both accompaniment chords and pickings to life. At the same time, the compact " Concert " body with manoeuvrable handling is convincing in every situation.

The maple neck of the Tim Armstrong Deluxe with its pronounced " Vintage C" profile lies full and comfortable in the hand. The combination of a flat 300 mm fretboard radius and a slightly shortened 643 mm scale allows even complex chords to come loose and at the same time ensures a perfect definition of all strings.

Full stage suitability thanks to pickups and coordinated equipment

Thanks to the built-in Fishman Neo-D pickup, it is Fender FSR Tim Armstrong Deluxe fully suitable for the stage. Positioned in the sound hole of the guitar, the neodymium System transmits the sound of the guitar with natural dynamics and warmth as well as precise string separation. The socket integrated in the rear belt pin allows a comfortable connection of the guitar.

The equipment is rounded off Fender FSR Tim Armstrong Deluxe by reliable tuner Vintage-Style s which guarantee a high tuning stability with precise transmission. The guitar comes with Tim Armstrong's "Let's Go" strap in a sturdy shaped case with gold padding.
