combines the classic SG style with references to the legendary Les Paul and modern detail solutions for versatile sounds and high playing comfort. Accordingly, Gibson a
mahogany corpus
with a chic,
barred maple top in AA quality
and a
glued mahogany neck
with a
Ebenholzgriffbrett
. With its
asymmetrical " Slim Taper " neck profile
and
compound fingerboard radius
, the electric guitar also offers extremely manoeuvrable playability. Two
Gibson Burstbucker Pro pickups
on the guitar amplifier provide powerful blues and Rock sounds, which in the best PAF tradition come up with distinctive mid-range and lively dynamics. The

Way better SG than my 1986 custom. Pickups are clear even without splitting mics.
It might be the maple top or not, but it has a some softness which I was looking for.
Looks good too!
