The Gretsch G5220 Electromatic Jet BT Single-Cut V-Stoptail Bristol Fog is a premium all-around blues-rock guitar with charming Gretsch vintage flair. While two Gretsch Black Top Broad'Tron pickup and the mahogany body with resonance chambers create the basis for lively and characterful sounds between Clean and Overdrive, the "Thin and maple neck imparts comfortable playing characteristics in all positions. In addition to the elegant V-Stoptail and an Adjusto-Matic bridge, precise die-cast tuners complete the features of the G5220 Electromatic Jet BT Single-Cut V-Stoptail Bristol Fog electric guitar by Gretsch.

Mahogany body with resonance chambers.

In the construction of the G5220 Electromatic Jet BT, Gretsch pays special attention to a characterful, resonant sound and comfortable playing characteristics. Generous resonance chambers in the mahogany body and the 24.6" scale length (625 mm) give the guitar a pleasantly airy timbre. At the same time, the pleasantly flat "Thin and profile of the glued maple neck promises comfortable playability of the 22-fret Indian Laurel fingerboard, in which large block Inlays mark the positions.

Black Top Broad'Tron Pickups

As pickups for the Electromatic Jet BT Single-Cut Gretsch chooses two Black Top Broad'Tron pickups, which skillfully capture the characterful timbre of the electric guitar and transform it into creamy overdrive sounds with precise articulation as well as harmonic clean sounds with the perfect dose of warmth at the guitar amp. and to be able to adjust the tone particularly precisely, Gretsch equips the electric with a 3-way switch for pickup selection, separate volume controls for each pickup as well as master volume and master tone controls.

Stylish Hardware with high reliability

Last but not least, Gretsch equips the Electromatic Jet BT Single-Cut V-Stoptail Bristol Fog electric guitar with high-quality Hardware that combines classic Gretsch Style with unlimited reliability. From the stylish V-Stoptail tailpiece, the strings pass over the classic Gretsch Adjusto-Matic bridge, which guarantees precise adjustment of intonation and string action. On the elegantly designed headstock, Gretsch die-cast tuners also ensure precise tuning with high stability.
