The HK Audio Polar 10 is an active full-range pole system that has been specially developed for the requirements of musicians, entertainers, DJs, presentations, schools, etc. The HK Audio Polar 10 is a full-range pole system with a wide range of functions. The Polar 10 from HK Audio combines outstanding sound characteristics with uncomplicated handling and thus opens the simplest way to the best sound for the user.
With a 24-bit DSP and high-quality speaker components, the HK Audio Polar 10 delivers a particularly clear and natural sound from 38 Hz to 20 kHz. The uncompromising subwoofer design and 2,000 watts output power ensure a consistently powerful XXL sound experience at any volume.
Thanks to a wide radiation of 120° and the low feedback susceptibility, the HK Audio Polar 10 pole system can be positioned uncritically in the room and often makes additional stage monitors obsolete. The volume distribution of the HK Audio Polar 10 works as you would expect from a "normal" speaker: high volume on the dance floor, full sound in the first rows and a conversation-friendly volume at the end of the hall.
The column system is equipped with a special 10" long excursion woofer with an extra large magnet. The torsion-resistant wooden cabinet of the Polar 10 subwoofer with elegantly curved side walls effectively suppresses resonances and more than 50 litres of cabinet volume guarantee a clean, dry bass for the Polar 10 subwoofer.
With the Polar 10, HK Audio is relying on "real physics" instead of power-destroying electronic bass boosting.
Six highly efficient, extremely lightweight 3" neodymium midrange drivers provide high-resolution, unadulterated reproduction of instruments and the human voice. The 1" precision tweeter driver of the Polar 10 pole, in combination with the constant directivity horn, offers a wide radiation of 120° for optimal sound reinforcement of the audience. By omitting the distance piece, the Polar 10 pole system can be used even more flexibly, e.g. on high stages.
The Polar 10 offers a 4-channel mixing console including master volume control with two channels for microphone and line signals, a real, high-impedance instrument channel (e.g. for acoustic guitar) and an AUX channel for DJ equipment or MP3 player, which at the same time controls Bluetooth audio. The mixing console can also receive music via Bluetooth 5.0 with an audio streaming range of up to 40 meters.
With the help of the three basic settings Music, Voice and DJ for the system sound, the full-range pole system can be quickly and easily optimized for various applications. In addition, the 4-channel mixer has a flexible, storable three-band EQ with semi-parametric mid-range, with which the overall sound can be effectively adapted to the room acoustics. A system delay (Delay Line) allows easy and comfortable use of the Polar 10 as an elegant support loudspeaker. The illuminated, configurable LC display of the mixing console guarantees good readability in any situation and avoids disturbing light in dark rooms. All settings except the channel and master volumes can be stored in up to 5 user presets.
In addition, the Polar 10 has a mix out function to forward the signal to another speaker or for a live recording.
The HK Audio Polar 10 pole system is additionally supplied with transport bags and sleeves for safe transport.

HK Audio Polar 10Néhány napos hallgatás után az a véleményem, hogy Nagyon kiváló hangfal.
Ez előtt volt 4-5 hasonló hangfalam, de jobb mindegyiknél.
A mérete kicsit nagyra sikeredett, de valószínű a minőségi hanghoz ez kellett.
Az ára hihetetlen olcsó. 2x ennyit is simán megér, látva a konkurens termékek árait.

Not used this in anger as yet as the delivery missed the gig I had it planned for. However the Polar is much bigger and heavier than I imagined but this is good as it feels well made and well put together. I've only play some music from a phone through it so far but the sound quality and bass response and adjustment was fantastic. I would say that the mixer doesn't offer much in terms of adjustment however I'm using a mixer plugged into it say my adjustments will be done of that. Manual doesn't explain how to plug a mixer into it and like many manuals quite poor in description. I emailed a question to Musicstore and they answered very quickly and knowledgebly. For the price this keep seems like a bargain, hopefully it will prove to be so.
Listened to a lot of column speakers and none had the full balanced sound I wanted. Had heard some good reviews for the HK Audio polar 10 so purchased without hearing it.
Well what can I say, awesome sound, well balanced and plenty of low down thump.

Very impressed. Better than I thought. Plenty of power for 100 people or so. Great clarity. Easy to assemble.
Was deciding between RCF evox J8, Polar 12 and this one. Decided against RCF because it had an extension pole and connection cable from sub to speaker. Also the Polar 10/12 has protective covers. Only criticism is not the Polar 10 but service from Music Store. Tried for 4 days to speak to somebody when only half of the system was delivered. No success. Very frustrating. Eventually received subwoofer 10 days later although I think this was a DHL problem!!
I have listened to a few different column speakers but none gave me the full balanced sound I was looking for.
After reading reviews on the Polar 10 I took a risk and ordered a set.
On unboxing and testing in the studio it was a massive, WOW.
What a system, just superb.
We play music from the 30s and 40s and also have live singers play through us at 1940s events and this will work a treat. It's that good i might order a second unit.
Delivery and service from dv247 was first class as well.
