HEDD Bridge - The way to digital connectivity of studio monitors

With the B1 Dante, HEDD offers a modular input card system called HEDD Bridge, which enables a flexible and future-proof integration of the in-house studio monitors into digitally embossed work environments. Behind this is the simple and convincing idea of enabling every studio monitor to integrate a digital audio protocol via a freely configurable card slot on the back. The B1 Dante Bridge is the first system worldwide that provides Audio-over-IP network integration also in the monitoring area and thus closes the gap in Ethernet-based multichannel systems that have so far established themselves in the studio, live and installation area. This allows complex multi-channel setups (Dolby Atmos, Auro 3D, etc.), in which each speaker can be recorded with a single high-resolution audio stream. Useful applications can also be found for in-house signal distribution in broadcast stations and live concerts with temporarily installed equipment, consisting of monitors with flexible setting options and control via Ethernet.

  • Audio-over-IP network integration
