The Ibanez S520 6-string electric guitar in Blackberry Sunburst brings the cutting edge design and style of the acclaimed S series guitars to a much wider audience thanks to its combination of amazing quality and stunning value.
The Ibanez S520 features a lightweight sculpted mahogany body that is joined by a three-piece Wizard II maple neck, topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with offset white dot inlays. This combination helps to produce a highly playable guitar that sings with incredible sustain and harmonics.
The body of the S520 in Blackberry Sunburst comes equipped with a pair of Ibanez’s own Infinity humbucker pickups, and alnico model at the neck and a ceramic one at the bridge, that are more than capable of reproducing the incredible tone and dynamics that made the original S-models famous. Accompanying the pickups is a double-locking Edge Zero II tremolo that allows for extreme variances in pitch to be achieved without the guitar going out of tune.

The electronics are what you expect inthis price range and even though they provide decent sounds, an overhaul is recommended if you want to record/play live with the instrument.
I recommend changing the post with CTS, adding a treble bleed and invest in some nice PickUps.
The neck is very confortable ans the ergonomics of the body design is testimony of its lasting existence in the Ibanez catalog.
