I have Fuzz Face on germanium, Carl Martin fuzz, Triangle Big Muff and just bought Maestro Fuzz. It seems this the best. But of cause you should try different amps and guitars. I am looking for vintage sound, so Maestro is the best choice for me by now)

Top fuzz, growly to nasty, with a fair bit of headroom. Nice bit of kit.
