Construction and woods
Since the guitar's construction consists of a solid Sitka spruce top on a Ziricote-Fine-Veneer body, the instrument produces a powerful and balanced sound even with light strumming. Therefore, the acoustic guitar is suitable for both fine Pickings and assertive strumming. At the same time, the Select Hardwood neck with ebony fingerboard offers excellent playability in all registers. This is helped not least by the flat velocity neck profile and the wide cutaway. The overlay of the headstock is like the fretboard and the bridge made of finest ebony.
Hardware and design
To ensure that the strings intonate perfectly, the compensated saddle made of GraphTech TUSQ and the 44.45 mm wide nut made of White-Corian are precisely aligned. The open nickel tuners with butterbean buttons allow for easy and clean tuning at the same time. Dot inlays made of Ziricote with Ivoroid edge are incorporated into the fretboard for orientation and tastefully harmonize in color with the Aperture Design soundhole rosette and the contrasting white Multi-Ply bindings.
Electronics
To be able to present the guitar on stage or in the rehearsal room without any problems, its body is equipped with the L.R. Baggs Element pickup. This is especially convincing due to its ability to transmit the sound of the guitar as unadulterated as possible. Anyone who places particular value on a natural sound is definitely well advised with this. For this purpose, the pickup has a wafer-thin sensor film that perceives every little movement and nuance of the guitar and thus causes a high dynamic and compression. The simple design of the pickup does not affect the sound in any way.
