Built-in socket without 'switching' contact

Neutrik NCJ5FI-S-0 Combo Female Chassis Connector with Solder Terminals and Retaining Spring combines a three-pin XLR chassis connector with a 6.35 mm mono phone jack. The XLR input additionally combines both a balanced and an unbalanced input in one housing. These combinations make the jack the perfect choice especially in tight spaces. Its corrosion-protected gold-plated contacts also ensure a long service life.

Because there is low capacitance between the conductors, the chassis connector is also suitable for digital audio.
