With the Ortega RST5M-3/4OC Ortega presents a classical guitar in compact 3/4 size, which with comfortable playability and an excellent price/performance ratio is aimed primarily at young beginners, but will also convince advanced players looking for a handy instrument. The unique tonewood selection of spruce and Catalpla promises a lively and brilliant sound, while the flawless workmanship of the mahogany neck ensures buttery smooth playability.
For the body of the Ortega RST5M-3/4OC, Ortega Guitars uses a combination of exotic and classic tonewoods. While the top of the 3/4 classical guitar is made of spruce, the back and sides are made of catalpa, which knows how to convince with its excellent sound characteristics. The classical guitar has a particularly brilliant sound with a lively response.
For the neck of the Ortega RST5 Ortega uses classic mahogany with a walnut fingerboard. The ergonomic profile in combination with the impeccably executed fretting, the compact 590 mm scale and the narrow fretboard with a nut size of 45 mm allow very smooth playability with clean fingering. Furthermore, the Ortega RST5 is equipped with high-quality tuners that promise long-lasting playing pleasure with high tuning stability.
