The Pearl MRV924XEP/C355 Masters Maple Reserve Shell Set Antique Walnut represents the highest quality in terms of workmanship and sound. The Pearl shell set includes a 22"x18" Bass drum, 10"x7" and 12"x8" Toms and a 16"x14" floor tom. The thin Masters Shells made of the finest maple with a special reinforcement ring produce a smooth, open sound with resonant shimmer. The shells feature FatTone hoops, aluminum OptiMount suspension, Remo heads and a full-size Bass Drum cushion.

Like all Masters shells from Pearl, the Masters Maple Reverse drums go through the typical lacquering and finishing process in 38 steps. Combined with the warm maple sound, the result is exceptionally high-quality instruments with excellent feel, both visually and sonically. The shells are provided with a maple reinforcement ring. This initially promises robustness, but it also ensures a focused sound. Therefore, Masters Maple Reserve drum kits are the ideal choice for almost any style of music, delivering a rich, full sound that impresses with lively punch and round bass.
Outstanding shell hardware: Pearl Masters Maple Reserve Shell Set
With 1.6 mm FatTone hoops, the Masters Maple Reserve drums have thinner hoops that give the resonant shell the air it needs to breathe. The steel hoops are rounded at the top edge, allowing for powerful rimshots. Thanks to the aluminum OptiMount system, the Toms are mounted in a completely free-swinging manner so that they can reach their full potential. The heads come from the USA from Remo: The Toms are equipped with Remo Clear Ambassador heads, the Bass Drum has a Remo Powerstroke 3 head. For a fat Bass Drum sound, a full-size Bass Drum damping pad is included.
