Shakmat Modular Triple Steeple at a glance
Shakmat Modular's Triple Steeple is a three-channel envelope generator with time and symmetry control. There are five envelope modes per channel (triggered, gated, looped, gated loop and clocked loop), switchable characteristics between linear and exponential, CV control for the time parameter and individual gate inputs and CV outputs. In addition, there is the ACV input, which performs special control tasks including VCA functionality and Accent for one or all channels. Since the gate inputs and the CV outputs are normalized among each other, complex control options and also summed voltage responses of several envelopes result. The module is capable of much more than the individual components initially imply. furthermore, Triple Steeple remembers all settings when switched off, so that the edits from the last modular session are available again the next time the module is switched on.
