The Sonor SW1424MS 05 Snappy Snare Wires 14" is a set of brass snare wires, featuring 24 snappy snare wires designed for use with a 14" snare drum, and includes a wooden case. SoundWire is SONOR’s answer to any drummer looking for new ways to enhance their snare drum sound. The brass alloy consists of 64.5% copper and 35.5% zinc. The 0.5mm strong snare strands are cold molded thus reaching a maximum tensile strength and hardness (950/1200N/mm*), with reduced elasticity. At a given tension these snares produce brilliant, crisp snare sounds with defined short attack.

Sounds good, but I can not say perfect, maybe it`s from the skins. I use for batter Remo Black Emperor and for reso side Remo Black Suede. The sound is good for rock or pop, but for the music I play is not. The sound is mid to low. I play offten with rims and the rims with this combination sounds very pure.
