As part of the Classic Vibe series, the Stratocaster ' Squier Classic Vibe 50s offers a classic recipe from the 1950s Strat with a traditional maple neck and an alder body. Three single layer Pickguard mounted Custom Vintage style Strat Single coils specially wound for the Classic Vibe '50s Stratocaster offer classic Strat sounds via 5-way switches, while the maple neck in the slim 'C' profile supports advanced playing techniques. Last but not least the '50s Stratocaster is completed by solid Hardware in Vintage style.
The one Fender licensed Stratocaster from the parent company not only has exactly the same shapings of the original, but is also made of the same woods. Accordingly, the alder body with the ergonomic Tummy Cut is mounted via a 4-fold screw connection to the maple guitar neck, whose neck tension rod was inserted at the back.
In the Pickguard Classic Vibe '50s Stratocaster , three of them are used for the Strat wrapped Custom Vintage style Strat Single coils, whose Alnico III magnets create the clear, bright sound of the early Strats. Thanks to the stepped pole pieces of the pickups, the pickup Set has the ideal balance between all six strings.
