The TC-Helicon Perform-VG is portable, expressive and simple so you can instantly satisfy your need for impeccable sound at the touch of a button. NaturalPlay technology turns you into a trio by adding up to two harmony voices created by the chords you play on guitar whilst reverb and echo effects simulate adding physical space to your sound, allowing your voice to fit into the music perfectly.
Included BodyRez algorithm gives your guitar a much fuller tone when you’re playing through a PA and restores some of the acoustic magic that is often lost when using a pickup. Additionally, auto-chromatic pitch correction instantly nudges your pitch to the nearest semitone for that added confidence. An Anti-Feedback button means you never have to worry about those annoying mic squeals.
Perform-VG’s Adaptive Tone (equalisation) with compression, de-ess and gate automatically controls the timbre and shape of your sound, ensuring every note is pristinely clear and intelligible. It is easy to dial-in the perfect balance between your main output, vocal and guitar levels by simply twisting the dial to create the perfect mix for your music without breaking a sweat.

TC-Helicon Perform-VGI bought the Perform-VG because of its simplicity of operation. It's very easy and intuitive to use, something that not all competing products offer. It does everything I need, Harmony, Reverb and Echo for the voice and Chorus, Reverb and Echo for the guitar. There are also Tone for the voice which offers various useful enhancements and Body Rez for the guitar which smoothes out some of that piezo pickup 'quack'. Also, all controls are easily tailored to your preference. There is an on-board guitar tuner but I found it wasn't as sensitive as my usual one so I don't use that. All in all, an easy to use and useful product.
This does exactly what it's supposed to. Easy to use.
The only dissapointment was the power supply; instead of including TC Helicon's neat slide- in UK adaptor it only included the Euro version and a very clunky generic adaptor. Took the shine off my pleasure at getting the item.
