The Takamine 30 series impresses with its high-quality workmanship and extensive functionality. So the Takamine GN30CE Black comes with a solid top, a generous Cutaway and the in-house Takamine TP-4TD pickup system, which is equipped with a handy tuner. Construction and woods
Since the acoustic guitar is equipped with a solid spruce top, it develops very clear, balanced mid and treble frequencies. Laminated mahogany back and sides complement the sound with warm bass frequencies, allowing the instrument to assert itself powerfully in both solos and strumming. The grippy mahogany neck promises optimal playability in all registers. The fretboard and bridge are made of coarse-grained Ovangkol.
Hardware and design
Thanks to the chrome-plated die-cast tuners, the strings can be tuned very quickly. This is supported by the tuner integrated into the preamp of the in-house Takamine TP-4TD pickup system. The 43 mm wide nut made of synthetic bone is fitted to the two-piece saddle with millimeter precision, so that the complete tonal potential can be perfectly exploited. The double ring scarf hole rosette, as well as the discreet dot inlays are made of pearloid.
