With the Victory V4 The Kraken , the British Amp manufacturer presents a tube Preamp in compact pedal format that delivers the sound of the popular High Gain top section thanks to an analog high-voltage circuit. The Victory V4 The Kraken Pedal provides two channels with common 3-Band tone control and a global bright switch, which can be used to create modern Rock - and Metal -sounds of the highest quality. In addition, the Preamp Pedal "Standalone" mode and the " Amp Through" mode offer two options for connecting to the guitar amplifier.

Thanks to the EC-900 and CV4014 high-voltage tubes and the close relationship to the XV The Kraken top part, the Victory V4 The Kraken Preamp convinces with a wide range of first-class Rock - and Metal -sounds, which don't lose their contour even with hip drop tunings. Accordingly, the " Gain 1" channel delivers an authentic British Overdrive sound, which with its distinctive mid-range and lively dynamics is ideally suited for rhythm sounds. " Gain 2", on the other hand, convinces with almost endless Gain reserves and an American aggressive sound character, which doesn't take any prisoners and presents riffs with tight response and full pressure. Separate " Gain " and "master" controls are provided for each channel to adjust the sound, while the 3-Band tone control and bright switch are available globally.
In addition, the Victory V4 The Kraken Pedal offers two different connection options for connecting guitar amplifiers and recording equipment. When using the "Standalone" mode, it Preamp is connected directly to the input of a guitar amplifier, mixer or recording interface. The " Amp Through" mode, on the other hand, uses the four-cable method to switch between the preamplifier of the guitar amp in use and that V4 The Kraken of the pedal, adding the familiar sound to that High Gain Distortion of the pedal.
