In diesem Artikel möchten wir Sie über unsere Kommissionierung informieren und Ihnen erklären, wie Ihre Sendung zusammengestellt und versendet wird. Die gesamte Kommissionierung, wie auch die Materialfluss-Steuerung wird bei uns von LUCA Logistic Solutions gesteuert.
Ist Ihre Bestellung für den Versand freigegeben, muss erst der passende Karton vorbereitet werden. Wir versenden sehr kleine und sehr große Sendungen, daher ist die Vielfalt der Kartongrößen in unserem Versandlager sehr groß. Wir achten dabei besonders auf die Umwelt und auf die Berechnung der optimalen Kartongrößen.
Der Karton für Sie wird an einem I-Punkt produziert und automatisch gekennzeichnet. Achten Sie auf das Etikett an der Seite des Kartons, wenn Sie eine Sendung von uns bekommen.
Unsere gesamte Kommissionierung erfolgt über ein modernes Pick-by-Light System. Egal, ob Ihre bestellten Artikel aus dem Hochregallager, AKL (Automatischen Kommissionierlager) oder manuellen Regalen kommen. Um die höchste Qualität bei der Kommissionierung zu sichern, verwenden wir immer die Pick-by-Light Displays, die an jedem Regalfach bei uns im Lager montiert sind.

Die Qualität unserer Produkte wird nicht nur im Wareneingang, sondern gerade besonders bei der Kommissionierung auch zusätzlich geprüft. Bevor Ihre Artikel in den Versandkarton eingelegt werden, prüft der Kommissionierer die Verpackung, Qualität und natürlich die Mengen, die ihm direkt an den Pick-to-Light Displays angezeigt werden. Die Entnahmen bestätigt er direkt an dem Quittiertaster der Pick-to-Light Anzeige.
Sind alle Ihre Artikel im Versandkarton, kommt das Gewicht ins Spiel. Jeder Karton wird gewogen und auf eventuelle Kommissionierfehler geprüft, bevor er zu dem Versand transportiert wird. Nur geprüfte und kontrollierte Sendungen verlassen unsere Kommissionierung. Wir achten dabei besonders auf die Vollständigkeit der Sendungen.
Ist alles korrekt, verlassen die Kartons die Kommissionierung und fahren automatisch über eine Fördertechnik in den Versand.
